What to teach our children

        The care to wisely and pragmatically choose one's valued and
accepted premises, together with the critical thinking skills and
testing protocols necessary to correctly proceed from those
premises to logically entailed (in deduction) or statistically likely (in
induction) conclusions, are two perennially useful lessons children
should be taught.
