Well, actually, yes. Or, maybe I should say I aspire to non-nonmonkeyness. I
would like to someday rise above my monkeyness.
And let's be honest. Humans are really nothing more than a clever ape. Not
as mean or vicious as the rest of the primates, but pretty bad, anyway.
But what we are now, and what we aspire to be, are 2 different things.
