We should know 'round here (San Diego). Few years back we had a fellow
do that exact thing: neighborhoods, freeways, the whole deal.
Verrrrrrry funny, albeit dangerous as all hell. I don't think there
were any casualties apart from the driver, who was eventually stopped
and shot.
A lot of people were disappointed he didn't get the gun to work....
