Damien, I didn't get the impression of plagiarism, not offhand, although
I know from experience how easy it is to pick up a Damienism without
realizing it.  (It wasn't until rereading the Spike that I realized
you'd invented the "blind painter" metaphor I use to describe human
programmers with no codic cortex.)  But it was a nice Singularity
article, and we need more of them, especially from people reading the
Extropian newsgroup; and ideas do tend to express themselves in similar ways.
