That's a great book on the topic. It would be nice to see a revised
edition, especially taking into account other religions. (The writer,
George H. Smith, focuses mainly on Christianity.) And he should add the
"primacy of existence" argument used by Leonard Peikoff in _Objectivism: The
Philosophy of Ayn Rand_.
