I wonder if this is the answer to overpopulation?

Perhaps I'm looking at this wrong...but it appears to me that the "First
World ' nations have excessive population growth under control. At the very
least one could agree that population growth in 'third world" nations is
greater than in "first world" ones...

This fertility decrease (so I've heard) has been attributed to a higher
standard of living......
