    I've just finishing my book "1-on-One Fitness" which I co-authored with
    commercial model Leigh Christian. It hasn't gone to press yet, but you can
    get a copy now.

    The focus of the book is a 6-week workout program that focuses on
    cardiorespiratory, muscle strength, and nutrition. (Both Leigh and I are
    certified Personal Trainers and also certified in Nutrition.)

    The sections on Nutrition focus on what foods to eat for your specific goal
    (lose weight, gain weight, sculpt or cut muscle, etc.) It also has a FAQ
    on nutrition and a section on Myths about diet.
