    Mike,
           The post that you were referring to did seem more confusing than
    usual. But, I think he is saying that he has the right to switch to his private
    theory of law and disregard the long standing procedures that you quoted because
    his theory positions him to criticize what ever our country and our
    government is doing.
           On the other hand if existing law is accepted his criticism is
    groundless.
           Past that he seems to have a tendency to adopt what I call "the rabbit
    patch technique" -- In other words to rapidly pile charge on top of charge so
    that in the end he leads you down every rabbit trail in the briar patch,
    should you be so silly as to attempt to analyze or refute every argument he throws
    up. Hey that seems to fit, "throws up."
