Lynching is an "internally acceptable social mechanism" among blacks? Am I
reading that right? All I can do is <sputter> if I am. This is beyond
belief. Since some people say that "blacks call each other nigger" as if
it it makes it alright for them to do so or shows the social prohibitions are
unfair; I have to wonder what a claim that "lynching has become absorbed into
US black culture as .. internally acceptable" is attempting to make ok or
question the prohibition of. Not to mention the deadly insult of claiming
a people use the worst form of oppressor's terror as an "acceptable social
mechanism". Mike, I think you have crawled out on a limb and cut it off
on this one. I hope you at least have the excuse of inebriation when you
wrote this trash. I am afraid you don't.
