I haven't posted as much lately for a variety of reasons including:
a) other things going on in my life that seem more important;
b) being tired of the seeming vocal majority opinion leaning toward things
hawkish;
c) being tired of snipe-fests;
d) seeing a lot of topics that I think are intellectual candy at best and
haven't a lot to do with anything that I believe could make a real difference
in the present, near future or long term. Nothing wrong with a bit of candy
really but it just isn't what I am much into at the moment.
