    Dear Colleagues,

    The BMJ is publishing a special issue on A Good Death on 26 July 2003. I am
    the guest editor (peter.singer@utoronto.ca), and Jocalyn Clark
    (jclark@bmj.com) is the in house editor.

    We invite you to

    1. Submit a rapid response in the next few days on bmj.com to previously
    published BMJ articles on death and dying. The letters to be published in
    the Good Death print version of BMJ on 26 July will be selected from these
    rapid responses. Here are three recently published articles:
