Here in the UK, the local name for this practice is a 'Blue Goldfish'. It is
generally reserved for the more vocal and annoying younger kids. In
particular, those that were top of the food chain in their junior school and start
highschool life by bullying the other kids. Where as I don't necessarily agree with
flushing someones head as a form of dealing with bullies. I would say that is
is the most effective method I have seen to date. Also one of the funniest.
Interestingly, Nerds never suffered this fate, as the very large kitchen bins
full of rotten food were reserved for them.
Im not really sure which is worse, Luckily I never found out.
