Oh! But wait! Don't we first have to check to see if
this if valid within the culture in which it is
happening? Isn't Sharia a common heritage of the
whole Islamic world? Who are we - arrogant Western
ideologs - to be pushing OUR values on these people?
No wonder everyone hates us so much.
... On the other hand, thinking that there are
universal truthes that can be verified by the tests of
reason and evidence is OUR CULTURAL HERITAGE! So
we're only obeying our own cultural heritage. How
DARE you criticize us!
So there!
And from my arrogant, logical, scientific, Western
culture, here is my note to the morons: Stupid
Midieval human robots, incapable of changing your
programming, keep giving us more examples of your evil
culture so that our own youth will never be tempted to
think that there is anything admirable about yours.
Thank you very much.
Personally, I think we ought to try to get that poor
woman and her child OUT OF THERE! Registering our
disapproval is a nice idea and should be done, but
mowing down the stoners once they have assembled and
rescueing the victim would be a lot more effective,
and perfectly moral, and an inspiring high point in
history for us to cheer about for years to come.
