    Agreed.

    This thread has gone too far anyway. It seems that neither side will
    convince the other.

    I have nothing against the Paleo Diet. It seems to be high protein, high
    fiber, low carb, moderate fat. As long as they don't start gorging on
    saturated fats like some Atkins Dieters do, I think it is an excellent diet.
    I have no doubt that evolution played a large role in making this diet so
    great. I don't see their insistence that vegetarianism is bad, legumes are
    bad, whole grains are bad, though. I seem to be doing fine on my vegetarian
    diet that is high protein, high fiber, low carb, and moderate fat.
