One book I've been trying to find for ages is the sequel to H Beam
Piper's "Lord Kalvan of Otherwhen". This sequel was written by John F
Carr and Roland Green and is called "Great King's War". Used paperback
copies of this currently go for over $60 online, which I'm not willing
to pay at this time. I'm wondering why a reprint isn't in the offing.

I am hoping to find a copy in some used book store or yard sale where
it's value is entirely unknown to its current owner... ;) Better yet,
that an ebook version would be available.
