    If you accept the premise that free nations will have a higher rate of
    progress than non-free nations, then it is a given that the most free
    nation on earth will, over time, develop the most technologically
    advanced and devastatingly effective military power on earth. This is
    evolution in action.

    If you value freedom, then technological might DOES make right.
