    Actually it does help. The really high tech weapons
    are not particularly destructive, just amazingly
    accurate. They hit and destroy the low tech weapons
    and leave the humans mostly alone. We had cases in
    Baghdad where tanks and missile batteries were parked
    in the middle of civilian neighborhoods, but nobody
    wanted to stand near them.
