Ne, just waiting for multispectral eyes: remap your
senses of red, green, and blue to peak instead at any
three wavelengths you want. Need to tell fake dollar
bills from the real thing? Bunch 'em up near green.
Write half a message in infrared ink, and the other
half in ultraviolet. Or scan an area through the
entire spectrum - shouldn't take more than a few
minutes, depending on what your upper and lower bounds
are and how fast you want to sweep the spectrum - to
    be
    your own mass spectrometer (requires
    multispectral-emission flashlight or fusion-powered
    overhead lamp, sold separately).
