It is extremely serious. It could easily spell the death of
Open Source software among other great evils. It is an example
of the code (and hardware in this case) attempting an end run
around legal/constutional review and rights. And of course it
gives Microsoft/Intel a potential stranglehold much worse than
anything seen today. It might not be too soon to start
stockpiling non TCPA infested hardware.
