    Rafal,
           If violence is the initiation of physical force why isn't deception
    and threats in the same class? A threat depends on the potential of violence
    to be effective. If I grab something of yours and refuse to give it up I
    normally have to use threats to keep you from taking your property. I
    threaten violence. Or I put you in a position where you can only repossess
    your property by your using force.
           But how would deception be connected to violence?
