       Then you are very fortunate for you don't live in that sort of 
society.  The question that seems up for discussion is not whether or not 
Europe's ruling politicians and businessmen dislike us but rather why do they 
dislike us.
       As I am sure you are aware we can be disliked for all the right 
reasons as well as all the wrong ones.  My reading of the World Economic 
Forum was that the Europeans disliked us for a variety of reasons part of 
those being our failure to conduct our affairs for their advancement instead 
of our own.  Are you one of those Americans that thinks our foreign policy 
should determined solely by our ability to do for others -- that it is tacky 
to be caught working for our own interests?
