    Many years ago someone said the great fear of nuclear waste was
    psychological. That if the French made a plastic hockey puck (one for each
    French Resident) with a share of their nuclear waste inside the puck they
    could each safely carry their share in their pocket. I gather the risk of
    nuclear waste is in the concentration not in the dispersal.
