If the US government has been foolish enough to listen to you a year ago the
Taliban would still be imprisoning people for whistling and cutting off the
hands of those who flew kites, the man who destroyed the World Trade Center
would be sleeping in a nice warm cozy bed and a message would be sent to all
the governments of the world " feel free to help terrorists, we will not
lift a finger to stop you even if you murder 3000 Americans." That sounds
like pretty terrible advice to me and is the reason some of us think you may
not exactly be the voice of wisdom in this new crises either.

Actually I have grave concerns about the coming war but when I hear how
you oppose it so vigorously it makes me think it might be a good idea after
all, anything you hate that much can't be all bad.
