The "official" document was so mealy mouthed and so weasel worded that I'm
not sure I understand it. Deliberately confusing it appears.
What I got from it appears to say that (for example) if my normal utility
bill was $500.....and I do something to decrease that bill to say
$200.....then I am to be subject to an "exit tax" on the $300 difference.
Only in taxifornia......
And you guys RE- Elected that guy? (grey davis)
