    Quite right. Per-rider investments in mass transit equal buying a brand
    new BMW for each rider every 3 years.

    Unless you confiscate parking lots and tax to high heavens those you
    leave open, as well as taxing fuel heavily, there is no incentive for
    people to use mass transit.

    The european mass transit system is a response to socialist
    infringement on private property.
