Well, no. If it is full auto enabled, it is certainly a class III
weapon, but not a DD. As a class III, it is also certainly quite a bit
less useful than a Mac 11. I'll bet that BATF would actually prefer
that all Class III's be Metal Storm weapons, since they'd be able to
charge a $200 tax each time you want to reload (and you'd have to go
through all that annoying paperwork, get a law enforcement signature,
etc.).
With that much in increased revinues, they'd really be able to afford
spiffy new jack boots for all their stormtroopers and baby killers.
