Not even that. A few people will just write scripts that keep
stuffing the vote box. Such online polls are entirely worthless.

(If you deny or rate limit votes based on the submitting IP address,
you will obstruct some regular voters. Besides, some script writers
have whole netblocks at their disposal.)
