well I *try* to practice what I preach. And I don't care much for taboos :)

Maybe... you can act in a manner that promotes what you believe while still
not messing too much with peoples' sanity

personally: No compromises on anything with people who are unreasonable
(most fundamentalists, et al)unless a matter of extreme urgency.
