Since when did the UN get into the legitimizations business? Just this week
the UN voted to have Libya chair the United Nations Human Rights Commission,
after that I don't see why anyone would pay it the slightest attention when
it pontificates on what is moral and what is not.

No it won't because it has nothing to due with the UN. Every nation already
wants to behave at will but not ever nation has the ability to do so.
