Individuals gang up in meta structures (families, companies, villages,
friends, gangs), whom againg gang up in meta-meta structures. And so on
ad infinitum. The higher up the metastructure is, the bigger the power.

It is wishfull thinking to believe that there are only individuals, and
that only individuals matter.

For obvious practical reasons one metastructure is a country. But even
if countries where abandoned, we would still have to deal with the meta
structures that would fill out the power void.

It is simply a question about practical organisation in the real world.
