I will never call you blind but yes I think "something lies
unnoticed." If you go back to Ayn Rand I think you will find her talking
about the conditions necessary for "man qua man" to live. I don't think Miss
Rand ever calls them natural rights but by whatever name man has to have
certain rights to live and be mankind.
Humphreys found this a fascinating subject. If I recall him correctly
this natural law has often been recognised and remarked upon by our greatest
minds yet (continuing his comments as I remember them) no one has ever done
an adequate job of analysing these laws or rights.
