Seems like a subjective judgement to me <g>.

How do you know we don't rely on evolutionary principles when we
create something new? In the _Cerebral Code_, William Calvin
describes how recent neurophysiological research suggests that a
triple combination of evolutionary mechanisms operates to create
transient triangular, then hexagonal, arrays of synchronized neuronal
assemblies in human cerebral cortex that form the basis of our
conscious thoughts.
