Yes, although interfacing them to your body may be a bit complicated
since your muscles would not become faster, so you could think movements
faster than you can actually do them; even upgrading the muscles would
probably not help, since they will still move more slowly than your
thoughts.

That is probably even easier than rebuilding the neurons. I would
probably replace my skull with diamond filled with nano-memories and
processors. Hmm, an extensible mohawk cooling system...? :-)
