Last time I checked with him, there still were problems with the
publisher; maybe, Max knows more now. My piece is not a review,
but a collection of my own thoughts on the book - I read the
manuscript two years ago. A couple of pieces are available on the
Web.

It is such a pity that because of some stupid problems with the
publisher such a great piece is hidded from the public for years!
