One of the best ways of making it harder for nasty elites to gain control
and monopoly on important technologies is to distribute them as widely
as possible. Technologies and organizations that exist internationally
are much safer, since it requires a concerted effort to stop them from
many nations. That is why I think it is important for us to
internationalize transhuman technologies as much as possible, and keep
them in the open.
