According to what Robert B. posted earlier, the site at http://www.landesbioscience.com/freitas.html is supposed to deliver more money to the author than Amazon. I submitted an order there a few days ago but I didn't get any kind of confirmation at all, nada. The customer service is definitely not up to Amazon standards. I guess at this point all I can do is wait and see if the book shows up someday. Frustrating...
