Yes, fixing frontal lobe dysfunctionals presents quite a challenge, especially when they organize into political parties and special interest groups which lobby for their particular brand of educational reform -- or when they succumb to yet another Fuhrer. Even more difficult to fix: congenital tribalism, which too often leads to genocide and accompanying holocausts.
