Wait a minute. I don't see that. What suggests a difference is biological is constancy across cultures ranging from twentieth-century America through hunter-gatherer society and a strong evolutionary explanation.
I consider "proof beyond reasonable doubt" to be constancy across species, and either an evolutionary explanation that was used to predict previously undiscovered features, or an evolutionary explanation which fits a quantitative curve (pre-hoc or post-hoc). The suggestion that the male sex drive is geared toward quantity (more so than females) while the female drive is geared toward quality (more so than males) has been proven beyond reasonable doubt.
