One more option, Max:
Give violent convicted criminals the option to end their own lives with a
drug of their own choice. Who knows, if this option were put in place,
prison populations (of which two thirds consist of convicts with
drug-related offenses, violent and otherwise) might almost disappear in a
year or two.
