If there is physological gender differences, which I think has yet to be proven, shurely they can be overcome by memetics. We can be what we want to. The mind and the free will is stronger than the flesh.

If we don't belive this we should not considder ourselfes to be transhuman. Any difference between gender is shurely smaller than the leap between human and posthuman, and we do believe that that leap is possible.

Dont we? :-)
