So do a large number of individuals and groups of individuals in the inner cities...we quaintly call them "gangs"...they think it is just peachy keen to steal from anyone that they deem worthy prey...
We have another group who do the same thing...they are a little more polished in their approach though...and do it with great pomp and ceremony....we call them "polliticians"...
But if you resist the entreaties of either class you stand a fair chance of winding up dead...
