Someone mentioned Dr. Kellogg as being an example of what Seventh Day Adventism is the most extropian christian religion. Dr. Kellogg was an insane anti-masturbation fanatic. The popular opinion of that time was that it was spicy foods that caused lust, hence the invention of "bland" foods to cure it. Here's a quote:
