I wrote a long point-by-point reply to Mike Everett / Wings of the Morning,
but on second thought I won't bore you all. Suffice it to say that I
believe neither in original sin, nor in sympathetic magic, nor in Mother
Nature; nor do I believe that the dramatist's dictum "If a gun is seen in
the first act it must be fired before the curtain" applies to real life.
