I read the article. I doubt if anyone else even bothered. My considered
opinion is that it was either written by a paranoid schizophrenic, or by a
practical joker. Probably the former. A practical joker would have been more
careful about things like spelling. The entire document reads like it was
written by a nine-year-old.
