SPACE: Does China have GPS jamming ability?

In the above article, the launch of Chinas first global navigation
satellite for commercial, maritime, and military use is detailed. What I
am wondering now is if China has the ability to jam the US's GPS
signals, and if so what this means for GPS dependent weapons
capabilities in the US and NATO
