I don't know if you'll find an accredited "nanotech" program 
anywhere, so you'll probably need to roll your own.  Electrical 
engineering would get you most of the way there.  You'd cover all of 
the electrical properties of conductors and semiconductors, methods 
of modern microprocessor fabrication, some useful programming, and 
systems analysis.  I guess you'd want to buttress your studies with 
courses in organic chemistry, since it seems that a lot of the 
near-future nanotech is going to springboard off of pre-existing 
organic systems.
