You wanna retire a millionaire? Drop out of school, learn a construction
trade, work as many hours as you can, get married, have wife work, and pour
every cent you can into real estate. America depends on contined immigration
to fuel its economic engine and to keep Social Security and Medicare
solvent. They keep popping out kids in Latin America, and many of them will
wind up here. There is a massive supply of immigrants available, but only so
much American soil.
