As I recall from MIT's Technology Review (about a year ago?) article on
wearable computers, (I'm not sure if it was Mann) the viewfinder directly
located in front of one's eye, could be set to eliminate all advertising,
from buildings, billboards etc. while wandering around town. Apparently the
result was astounding. A sense of realization must occur in this state of
desolation, considering that we have grown accustom to these images floating
around us. I'd like to see it.
