Our local Florida news is reporting that overseas votes are NOT
predominately military. They say that travelers, vacationers, staff on
cruise ships and businessmen out of the country (particularly South American
and the Caribbean) have large numbers as well. They also say that these
votes are not predominately Republican. In the last election, 55% were
Republican and 45% were Democrat.
