Definitely. A lot of processes use postmarks to determine eligibility:
contests, legal notices, filing deadlines, contract compliance, etc. I
think you have hit on a good business. Mail stuff everyday to get
postmarks, and then sell the backdated postmarked envelopes over the
Internet!
